Many companies want to encourage their staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance and an EAP provides employees with access to a confidential counselling service covering a range of personal issues, including:

  • Debts and financial worries
  • Family and domestic difficulties
  • Mental and addictive illnesses
  • Legal advice
  • Any general concerns an employee may have about their health, lifestyle or job

The service is provided via a telephone helpline and may also provide access to face-to-face counselling.  The service may also be available to an employee’s immediate family.
