This service is designed for employers who do not have any eligible employees to enrol and as such do not need to set up a Workplace Pension Scheme, however, they do still have Employer Duties to undertake. This will be in the form of issuing Statutory Communications to their Workforce advising them of their right to ask to join a scheme and completing a Declaration of Compliance to The Pensions Regulator confirming they have met their legal duties for Automatic Enrolment purposes. For a small fee, we will undertake these tasks on employer’s behalf.
