“The setting up of Auto enrolment isn’t that difficult in itself but the selecting of the scheme, deciding who is eligible and who isn’t, who can opt in or opt out; adapting it to suit the needs of individual employees; being available to speak to staff and answer any questions or concerns that otherwise would have been left to me.
